We’re hiring a client-facing Account Manager to own client relationships end-to-end while guiding high-level, full-funnel strategy alongside our internal channel teams. This role is equal parts relationship, performance storytelling, and strategic direction — helping clients stay confident, aligned, and growing.

You’ll be the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of high-growth eCommerce brands, leading recurring meetings, translating performance into clear narratives, and turning client feedback into actionable internal direction.

This role is open to U.S.-based candidates and is fully remote.

🛠 What You’ll Do

You’ll be the strategic “owner” of your accounts — driving clarity, alignment, and momentum across client relationships and internal execution.

  • Own client relationships for a portfolio of eCommerce brands as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor

  • Lead bi-weekly client meetings, translating data into clear, strategic narratives and next steps

  • Review performance across key metrics and accounts, spotting trends, shifts, opportunities, and risks early

  • Guide full-funnel strategic direction by interpreting performance and recommending priorities that drive growth

  • Translate client communication into actionable internal direction, ensuring teams have the context needed to execute well

  • Reinforce value and impact proactively, helping drive strong retention through clear communication and strategic leadership


✅ What We’re Looking For

You’re confident in client-facing strategy, strong at performance storytelling, and organized enough to keep multiple accounts moving smoothly.

  • 3+ years in Account Strategy, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role (agency experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and digital channels (paid media, CRO, creative, SEO)

  • Comfortable pulling insights from eCommerce metrics like ROAS, AOV, LTV (and communicating them clearly)

  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills (clear, calm, strategic)

  • Strong organization + follow-through across meetings, action items, and internal coordination
